Don’t know much about social media?

Take Social Media Basics

for Small Businesses!

Social media is a valuable marketing tool for today’s entrepreneurs and a little knowledge goes a long way toward helping you leverage these channels to reach new customers, increase your brand recognition, and increase your sales. Your customers are on Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Instagram and more and your business should be too.

This interactive presentation will inspire audience members to take a deeper dive into social media marketing. This session will help participants:

  •     Integrate social media into their current marketing efforts;
  •     Set goals, establish benchmarks, and monitor progress;
  •     Leverage social media to engage and enlist a community of ambassadors;
  •     Build an easy-to-implement dashboard monitoring system that connects outreach efforts to the bottom line;
  •  Develop a systematic approach that accelerates word-of-mouth communications and drives value for the business.

Instructor:

Ken Stram, small business expert and founder of 2Bridge Communications, a full-service, San Francisco-based communications, will help you understand the strategic importance of social media and how it fits in with the other components of your marketing plan.
