Many small to medium-sized companies do not have a full-time position dedicated to worker safety as a few people are wearing many hats – responsible for many details of the day to day operations of the company. Questions arise in conversations with small to medium-sized business owners such as:
At what point would a company begin to focus on worker safety?
Or, when is good time to look at our safety program?
Or, when do we need a full-time safety person?
At this Safety 75 workshop, we will discuss the following in 75 minutes:
- Triggers that can cause a focus on worker safety; and
- How to begin the process of focusing on worker safety.
Safety 75 workshops are focused on small to medium-sized companies in the General Industry which includes manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and others. We will focus, in 75 minutes, on key issues related to worker safety and injury prevention.
