Zen does not exist as a separate entity outside our daily life. Once we get past this belief (and it’s not easy to do this - some never do), the question becomes - "OK, so what does practice look like when we aren’t sitting in zazen, or at the Centre? It’s a great question, and the place where most people get lost and Zen (practice) withers for them.   

This workshop explores what long term Zen practice looks like and and how it is done. Major ways of long term practice are presented and reviewed. Each way of long term practice presented is also available, in a more comprehensive manner, as a separate course.
