Managing Teams to Inspire – 1 Day Training Course by In2action 

Aimed at Managers - Inspire and transform your staff team, leading to a more loyal, motivated and focused approach from both your team and yourself. This session will explore the personal attributes that are inherent in each one of us, but give you the tools to ensure you utilise them and ensure that your teams do too! You’ll also explore the skills required to ensure fantastic delivery of activities and service and be able to recognise excellence in yourself and inspire it in others. Along the way you’ll receive your very own Mini Me to design and take home which will serve as a constant reminder of the change you’ve made during the workshop.
