Time is a fluid commodity but how we used it, how much we value it and how we spend it can make a break not just our own life but our business too! So this course will look at three important areas: how effectively or not we mage time and what can we can correct or improve what we are doing understanding the four key aspects of time in business. We will also look at how you spend your time suggesting practical ways to improve our productivity and efficiency in our business activities. Finally we will look at how you value your time when it comes for instance to give it a price and how your time is reflected in the costings, both internal and external, of your business.
