Most business people know and recognize the value of networking as a way to making new useful contacts that might translate into potential or actual customers. But beyond that we all know a large number of people – friends and family, past and existing customers – that we hardly ever consider as the source of new business. Further more how can we ensure that our customers don’t just return for more business but become ambassadors for our business. Participants will learn how to network effectively and use networking as an effective way to create new business, at how we can maximise our current client base and make sure that they remain loyal and satisfied, at how we can turn those satisfied customers ‘marketing ambassador’ for our business.
