 Conference Registration

Welcome!

Welcome to the online registration for the 2015 ACLS and SABES Conference on  Implementing the College and Career Readiness Standards in the ABE and ESOL Classroom. 

PLEASE NOTE:

• This is the conference registration site for Thursday, November 19, 2015 only.
• If you intended to register for the conference on Friday, November 20, please go to the SABES Calendar for November 20 for the link to register. 
• Before you register, please review the Conference Information and the Conference Schedule for conference information, workshop descriptions, presenter bios, and pre-conference professional development opportunities and resources.
• This conference is open to staff in ESE-funded ABE Community Adult Learning Centers and Correctional Institutions. 
• There is no registration fee.  Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  The registration system will close either when we reach the maximum number of registrations or on Friday, October 30, 2015, whichever comes first.  Once the registration for Thursday is full, you may register for Friday if it is not full.
• In order to ensure that the conference can adequately accommodate registered participants, only those who pre-register will be able to attend.  We are asking programs to honor the registration process and to keep in mind that there will be no on-site registration.  

Important Registration FAQs

1. The conference is being repeated on two consecutive days.  You are registering for Thursday's conference through this site.
2. Each person will register him/herself.  Programs are encouraged to bring teams of staff.
3. This year, presenters will expect everyone attending the conference to have at least a basic understanding of the CCR Standards.  Please take the time to review the College and Career Readiness Standards for Adult Education and take advantage of the Conference Information about pre-conference PD and resources.
4. In response to feedback from last year, we will not be handing out paper copies of the CCR Standards.  Please bring your own copy of the CCR Standards which can be downloaded at:  http://lincs.ed.gov/publications/pdf/CCRStandardsAdultEd.pdf 
5. When you have entered all your registration information, be sure to click the "Register Button" at the bottom of the page.
6. If you have trouble registering, please try a different browser.  (Last year, several people with older versions of Internet Explorer had difficulty.)  If you are still unable to register or have any other questions, please contact Luanne Teller, Lteller@worlded.org.
