2017 AACo Annual Conference

AACo's 2017 Annual Conference at the Crowne Plaza San Marcos Golf Resort provides an opportunity for all county leaders and staff to learn, network and guide the direction of the Arizona Association of Counties. This annual conference is the only event of its kind: bringing Arizona's elected county leaders of every office and every county together to prioritize the public policy choices facing county government and collaborate to create a legislative agenda for the Association.

Plan to join colleagues from every county office and every county across the state to celebrate innovative county programs, find out about issues on the horizon and those presently impacting county government, craft the Association's legislative agenda, and select the future leadership of the Association.

Rate: $124 per night. Guestroom wifi and parking are both complimentary.

To make your reservation: Register online or call 1-877-685-5594 and be sure to mention the Arizona Association of Counties and block code JQ4 to receive the conference rate.

Also, when receiving a confirmation letter from making a reservation online or through the call center, it will automatically show a resort fee.  This is an IHG standard, however, since this is a room block, the hotel will absorb that fee upon check in. 

If there is a need for a handicap room, they will need to make those reservations directly through Jill Nash-Lee, Group Rooms Coordinator.

Deadline: Make your reservations by October 18, 2016 to ensure you receive the best rate. The booking deadline has been extended to October 23, 2017.
