2019 CCFAI Summer Institute

Monday, July 15 - Thursday, July 18, 2019

The Cross Cultural Fraternal Advisors Institute (CCFAI) was created by experts and colleagues in the field to support you in addressing issues and concerns related to advising Culturally-Based Fraternal Organizations (CBFOs).

Over three days you will have the opportunity to become a more informed, innovative and inclusive fraternity/sorority advisor or regional/national fraternal leader.

Whether you are brand new to advising CBFOs or a seasoned veteran, you will leave the institute with concrete examples on how to improve fraternity and sorority life on your campus or in your respective organization. In addition, our brand new Intermediate Track will feature sessions on diversity & inclusion in the community, next level evoluation of CBFOs; recruitment, intake and health growth; and risk management principles for CBFO advisors.

CCFAI is appropriate for colleagues who are directly advising CBFOs, including volunteer chapter advisors, campus-based professionals, graduate assistants -- whether new or seasoned veteran. It is also appropriate for the national and regional leaderships of the organizations. Participants will leave CCFAI with concrete examples on how to improve fraternity and sorority life on your campus and within the organizations.
