How to Register

Step 1.  NEIRA Registration -Click on the appropriate meeting registration link to the left.

• Full Conference Registration is for attendees making a room reservation at the Hotel Viking.  Your meals are included in the package rates at the Hotel Viking.
• Day Attendee Registration is for attendees NOT staying at the Hotel Viking.  Meals must be paid for individually on this form.

Step 2.  Room Reservations

• Make your room reservations by emailing or faxing the room reservation form or by calling the Hotel Viking directly at 401-848-4881 and referencing the NEIRA Annual Meeting.   *IMPORTANT - Hotel Viking is only taking 2 night package reservations until September 15th.  After September 15th, reservations may open up for 1 night packages on a space available basis.

One Night Single Occupancy Rate:  $353.77                                                                                   One Night Dbl Occupancy Rate (per person):  $263.93                                                                      One night package rate includes:  One nights' accommodations, One Reception, One Dinner, One Breakfast, One Lunch and Meeting Breaks (including tax & gratuity)

Parking - Valet parking only. $10.00 per car per night.
