I expect to ship kits by July 19th.

This punch bundle is not orderable until 7/6.  My educated guess is that it will be very popular, that is the reason for the quick turnaround with the invoicing and payment (it needs to be that way so I can comply with Stampin' Up! policy, I cannot purchase product before it is paid for).
