Amazing Race Orlando 2018
Do you have what it takes? The 4th running of The Amazing Race Orlando is coming soon!!
Grab your teammate and get ready because The Center is in the planning stages for the 4th running of The Amazing Race Orlando. Only 18 teams of two are allowed to participate and all racers must be at least 18 years of age.
On race day, teams will meet at 8 am at a secret location. Once they fill out the proper paperwork, they will be handed their first clue and will be off and running. When they find the location they will be handed another envelope containing instructions for a task they must complete. Once they completed the task, they will be handed another envelope with a clue to their next location! This will happen 18 times during the day until they receive their last clue taking them to the finish line! These tasks are not easy...they will take creative thinking and luck to complete.
Teams must commit to raising at least $1500 in donations, as a team, not as an individual, in order to run the race and will get their own donation web page to help them raise the funds.
The first team over the finish line will win a fabulous prize. Last year's prize was a seven day cruise for two, in a balcony cabin, on Holland America Cruise lines. This years prize will be just as big, if not bigger!!
Did we forget to mention that teams will not be allowed to have a car with them? or cell phones? or cash? Teams can flag down rides or borrow a cell phone. Each team will wear their Amazing Race T-Shirt that they may personalize with their team name, and be given a backpack that will contain some cash and other items that "might" help them along the way!
