Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. This fall Hope Farms is offering three Cook the Harvest classes to sharpen your skills. In our classes you'll work together in a fun, hands-on environment led by Chef Carlos.

Saturday, April 9: Pizza Dough Party
Get ready to ditch delivery and pizza boxes that can’t be recycled! Making pizza with seasonal ingredients at home is one of the greatest joys in any kitchen and an amazing way to be sure you use everything in your fridge. Along with the basics of making, shaping and storing dough, our chef will walk you through how to make basic sauces that you can keep on hand so every night you can have your own pizza party with the tastiest ingredients of the season.

Saturday, May 14: Gnocchi Workshop
Done right, these pillow-soft dumplings melt in your mouth and vanish off the plate. You’ll learn two dough recipes along with two basic sauces and all the techniques you need to ditch gluey pre-packaged gnocchi for good. These recipes are so easy to make you’ll want to have gnocchi with just about everything.
