WHAT IS CHARM?
CHARM is the Community Health and Resources Management mapping application. This application was developed by the Texas Coastal Watershed Program at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. It allows local officials, stakeholders, and residents the power to map and analyze growth with real-time feedback.
