We will define the “Gen Y” or “Millennial” generation, learn what influences and motivates this generation, and discuss how God uses “Millennials” to reach this country for Christ. Also included: How young adults are active and engaged in their faith today, how they are the key ingredient for a breakthrough movement, and more.

Swank, Leader,  of Church Doctor Ministries, for a workshop on one of the most talked about and researched generations of our time. Surprisingly, the young adult, millennial generation represents the best chance the world has seen to reach the masses for Christ since the early church. 

This worskshop is focused on how empowering this generation can be the most important element of potential revival that God has given to the church in centuries.  Young adults are natural networkers, and are wired relationally.  They will not “play church” but are committed to authenticity and have the potential to reach the world for Jesus Christ. Kent and Tracee will touch upon how to use this relational approach to help your church reach young adults.
