REGISTRATION FEE: Includes admittance to the entire program and tradeshow, program materials, regreshments, breakfast on Dec. 4 and 5, luncheon on Dec. 4 and receptions on Dec. 3 and 4. Spouse/guest registration includes both breakfasts and receptions.

PAYMENT POLICY: To qualify for Early Bird rates, payment must accompany registration and be received by Nov. 10. Regular registration rates are in effect Nov. 11 - Nov. 24. On-site registration rate will begin Saturday Nov. 25.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be refunded in full if notification is received on or before Nov. 10. Cancellation notices postmarked or received between Nov. 10 and Nov. 24 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided to any person cancelling or failing to give notice of cancellation after Nov. 24.
