Customer Relationship Building -Wenatchee, WA Customer Service Certificate Program

This course focuses on communication skills for working with people in a positive, respectful, and cooperative manner characterized by a high level of professionalism and teamwork.

Class Fee $150 for AWWA Members $190 for Non Members

Attendees will receive a course workbook and lunch on the first day 

1.0 CEU's in WA, OR & ID
Will be awarded for the attendance of the entire class.

  • Globalization and Demographics
  • Listening Skills and Teamwork
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Assertive Responder Skills

 

The Customer Service Course is most effective when there are different utilities represented as well as a good mixture of field and office personnel.

Upon completion of the three course series participants will receive a Customer Service Certificate from AWWA. The courses can be taken in any order.
