Teen Pottery Club: Wheel Throwing Class (3 Part Series) 

Join us in the Idea Lab at the Bob Kirby Branch for a three-part ceramics class designed for teenagers. This immersive, hands-on experience provides a comprehensive introduction to the art of ceramics, with a specific focus on pottery wheels.

During the class, you will be taught the basic techniques of ceramics by an experienced instructor. Each week, you'll explore a different phase of pottery, including wheel throwing, trimming, and glazing. This class is open to students in grades 6 through 12, and beginners are welcome. We strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for all participants, igniting creativity and fostering a strong foundation in ceramics.
