Jason Tolliver, VP and Head of Industrial Research for the Americas at Cushman & Wakefield, will present the latest U.S. and Indiana economic outlook.  He will share his perspective on where we are at in the business cycle, what impact rising interest rates will have on commercial real estate, and how occupiers are using their facilities to cope in an environment of escalating technological disruption and competition.  As part of the conversation, Jason will share key macro and local drivers that make some cities leaders and other laggards and will touch upon how Ecommerce is changing facility configurations.
