Spirit School
The Blakeslee Inn's Spirit School...where drinking in class is encouraged! Guided by an industry expert, explore the history of well known brands and discover unique new craft varieties of popular spirits. Each spirit's flavor profile will be complimented by a gourmet selection of small bites designed to enhance the tasting experience.
Each class will be led by John Foley of Capital Wines & Spirits and will include one .5oz. sample pour of each of the three featured varieties along with a sampling of gourmet hors d'oeuvre sized small bites created by Executive Chef Chris Mullin.
Individual Spirit School Classes: $20 per person (Plus Tax & Gratuity)
