About the Presentation:

Designing & Selling Using 3D Software

Do you see designers using software to show clients design options to sell projects?  Are you able to quickly show options to your clients?  Learn to take full advantage of today's 3D design software providing clients with timely, visual, and dynamic designs.

If a client can visualize how a new project will look, they are much more likely to begin a project if they see and interact with your design ideas.  3D software provides a variety of visualization tools to help - elevations, perspectives, photo realistic and artistic renderings such as line drawing and watercolor.

If you are designing an interior space, show the added details with specific windows, colors, material textures and details like vaulted, coffered, or trey ceilings to sell clients their new living space.
