STEM and Literacy: Making Connections

Creating connections between children’s literature and STEM activities is a successful strategy for increasing outcomes for kids during the critical out of school time. The Chicago Public Library and Museum of Science and Industry have created a replicable model for linking these two areas that promote critical 21st Century Learning Skills.
