Creating a Culture of Wellness

This training is focused on introducing and building a Culture of Wellness to support healthy youth outcomes in Out-of-School-Time (OST). The training will focus on introducing the National Healthy Eating and Physical Activity (HEPA) Standards and applying the HEPA strategies to your organization using the five key elements of youth development.
