Following the Impact After School Conference, an extended afternoon session will be facilitated by the Conference Keynote: Joanna Faber, daughter of internationally acclaimed, best-selling author and parent educator, Adele Faber.
Joanna lectures on communication skills across the country and conducts workshops based on both her and her mother's experiences as a parent and educator. She focuses on communication as a tool for having less stressful, more joyful relationships with children. Her workshop is an interactive, hands-on experience, based on the best-selling books "How to Talk so Kids Will Listen and Listen so Kids will Talk," and "How to Talk so Kids can Learn - at Home and in School.
