Keynote Speaker: Nan Gesche
Nan Gesche, M.A. , is an expert in finding out where things go wrong, and in helping them go right. As an educator, speaker, and consultant whose passion is to “help people play well together,” Nan guides organizations and individuals through transition without losing sight of their strategic goals—so they can get back to the business of business. Using experience, insight, and some sturdy research (sprinkled with a little humor), Nan provides a chance to ponder and practice different ways of making decisions and solving problems effectively with others, so all voices in the room are heard.

She is an Advanced Aesthetician and provides over 25 different noninvasive services as a proud owner of Pure Lux Medspa of Edina. She strives everyday to create a comfortable and luxurious setting to help her patients look and feel their best.

Amy understands that culture is the key to organizational performance. She co-founded Workutopia Consulting to help organizations create ideal cultures for long-term success.Committed to helping organizations figure out the best ways to work with the modern workforce, Amy serves on the board of the Behavior@Work Collaborative and as a community partner for the Society for Human Resource Management’s When Work Works Award.  

Sarah Parker
In 2014 Sarah Parker founded Parker Public Adjusting on the belief that every policyholder should have an adjuster working just for them. Sarah’s firm, Parker Public Adjusting, works directly for Policyholders on insurance claims. There are three types of insurance adjusters: Staff, Independent, and Public. Only Public Adjusters work directly for the policyholder. Parker Public Adjusting assists with documenting damages, preparing estimates of repair for the policyholder, negotiating claim settlements, and more.
