     Financial Statements

Many new entrepreneurs do not understand how to read their business financial statements.   They are both CEO and CFO to the public.  This short discussions covers the purpose and content of the following basic statements:

• Profit & Loss Statement
• Cash Flow Statement
• Balance Sheet

We end with a review of ratios to evaluate the statements against the industry, budge or business plan.

Accounting and Financial Statements are the language of business.  You should understand the basics before launching a new venture.
