21 Day Winter 2018 Cleanse & Support 

In honor of Usui’s 21 day fast on Mt. Kurama, we are holding a 21 day cleanse support group for Reiki practitioners with Alexandra Kurowski, HHC, RM for 3 weeks of physical and energetic cleansing, guidance and healing within a group setting. Receive re-attunements and 21 days of simple cleansing, supportive of the kidneys, and the release of fear.

January is the meeting of a few different places within the self... the come down from the holiday high, inspiration to get yourself together, seasonal depression, and the need for deep nurturance. I've run many cleanses, but experience has showed me that the more you work with the body and it's natural processes, putting attention on feeling nurtured instead of deprived, the more cooperation you get from body, mind & spirit. In the Winter, we put our focus on the kidneys, the gateways to great health.

In this program you will:

• Receive a re-attunement to your level of Reiki.
• Receive personalized food and lifestyle suggestions to support the kidneys.
• Meet weekly for nutritional & lifestyle support followed by a Reiki share.
• Receive unlimited online support.
• Meditations and self awareness practices that support recognizing and over coming self sabotage.

Alexandra Kurowski is Holistic Health Coach specializing in digestive health and cleansing since 2008 and Reiki Master since 2016.
