Quench Presents Slack Winery with a Classic Wine Tasting Dinner!

Quench is thrilled to announce our first official Wine Pairing dinner!

Slack Winery planted its roots in Ridge, Maryland between 2001 and 2002. They are relatively new on the map, but have14 wines of 2010 vintage to offer; and we want to share in the experience with you!

As we host Slack Winery on a fine Sunday evening, we invite all of our beloved fans and friends to come and taste-test with us! So get your friends together, come enjoy some good eats, and get QUENCHED!

At $60 per person, your pairing menu will feature the following, along with a wine sample with each course:

Cheese Hor D Ouveres - Parmesan Puff, Neman Marcus (Sharp Cheddar with Smoked Bacon Spring Onion Aioli), Manchego and Guave Cheese

Shrimp Cigar with a Wasabi Mayo and Sweet Chili with a Frisee Salad

Herb Marinated Chicken Kebob, Chardonnay Pickled Fresno Pepper on Truffle Mushroom Risotto

Grilled Lamb Loin with Braised Root Vegetables and a Cabernat Reduction

And for dessert, enjoy Cheese Platter Brie with a Pepper Jam and Cranberry Chutney and Gorgonzola with candied Walnuts and Bread Crustini
