Alphapointe Snake Saturday Parade 2020 

Alphapointe will participate in the 2020 Snake Saturday Parade, you are invited to represent KC’s “blind” community as we have a white cane walk and float rides during the event.

Snake Saturday Parade and Festival is the destination for family oriented Irish fun and festivities. Every detail is focused on multi-generational fun while experiencing true Irish spirit. 2020 marks the 36th year of this Northland tradition and Alphapointe is joining in on the Parade fun this year.

Everyone is welcome to be a part of this experience this year however if you are under the age of 18 we will require that you have an adult with you the entire time. All participants that will be joining us will get an Alphapointe Shamrock Shirt that you will receive the day of the event at our meeting location. We are charging a $5 per person for a T-shirts. This year’s Parade theme is Shamrock Shindig and we are so excited about this new opportunity for you and the entire family. We will be meeting at 10a.m. the day of the event to get ready to walk at AMF Pro Bowl Lanes parking lot. The Parade will begin at 11a.m.  

Parking Information 

Free parking in North Kanas City is very plentiful. The key to grabbing a good spot close to the parade route is just like any other event – get there in plenty of time.

While there is no designated parade parking we recommend:

– Any public lot or street north of Armour Road
– Any public lot or street south of 18th Avenue and East of Erie Street
– Any public lot or street west of Clay Street
