Recruiting, Leading & Training Volunteers!

Volunteers are necessary for us to complete our mission to make the transforming love of Jesus Christ come alive in our time and known to all people, everyone! 

Volunteers help us achieve our goals and improve our community. When visitors or parish members come to us for help, they can’t distinguish between paid staff and volunteer staff, so it is critical that we recruit, effectively lead, train and retain a highly dedicated and professional volunteer staff to help us enhance program participation and bring more people into our loving church community.
