Richard was born and raised in Los Angeles and attended Lincoln High School. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Navy from 1977 to 1981.  Richard began his career in the Mortgage industry 30 years ago because he wanted to help people obtain their dream of home ownership and advise them on the entire process.  His emphasis is first time home buyers as he takes pride in helping them navigate through the process and ensures they fully understand everything.  Richard likes to play golf and enjoy family gatherings.  He has been involved with the Rotary Club of Montebello, Montebello Chamber of Commerce and holds an annual toy drive for the Los Angeles Boys and Girls club.
