Charles H. Hershson, Fidelity Mortgage Lenders

Charles “Chuck” Hershson, president of Fidelity Mortgage Lenders, Inc., founded the company in 1971 after graduating from the University of Southern California (B.S. Real Estate and Finance) and working for several years as a licensed real estate broker.
As a leading member of the California real estate community, Chuck has served as president of the California Mortgage Association (CMA), president of the Mortgage Association of California (MAC) and president of the California Independent Mortgage Brokers Association (CIMBA). He has also been a member of the Real Estate Finance Advisory Committee appointed by the Commissioner of the California Department of Real Estate.
In addition, Chuck is active in many community organizations, including serving on the board of the Cancer Support Community, the Guardians, The Jewish Home for the Aging, Friends of the Hebrew University and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.  He is also a supporter of the Real Estate and Construction Division of the Jewish Federation and is a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
An automobile enthusiast, he enjoys a nice ride, some travel and reading adventure fiction.


Elizabeth Tsui, Clear Lenders

As a seasoned home loan officer with Clear Lenders, Elizabeth is proud to bring extensive experience of 26 years in the mortgage business to her professional association.  Her focus is foreign national loans with alternate income and lowest interest rates, Bank Statement Only program, One Year Tax Return program and Commercial Loan programs. Elizabeth strives to offer the highest level of customer service in the industry.
In her new role, she is looking forward to assisting clients with a variety of home financing options. As a dedicated loan officer in her community, she can ensure a convenient and very personalized home loan experience. Susan Pogosian, Wells Fargo

Susan Pogosian is the Vice President of Commercial Banking at Wells Fargo Bank in the Greater Los Angeles area. Her strategic market focus is managing Commercial Banking clients in the Los Angeles market and helping them with their financial needs. Her experience includes working capital lines, owner-occupied real estate loans (conventional and SBA structures), capital equipment financing, acquisition financing, investor real estate financing, domestic and global treasury services, interest rate and currency exposure risk management, tax exempt financing and access to our world class investment bank and private banking services.
Susan has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, including asset-based lending and business banking, with responsibilities having spanned credit underwriting/analysis and client acquisition roles and portfolio management. She joined Wells Fargo in 2014, following a 15 year career with Citibank. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate and a Master’s degree in Management and HR Management. Susan is also a graduate of Wells Fargo’s College of Commercial Banking and has been a consistent top performer in the nation.
