               What is the Kick-Off Session?            It is a chance for you to come and hear what this program is about. Meet other people taking this challenge with you, and have a one-on-one assessment session. You will leave this session pumped and ready to go!

Our Clean Eating plan is NOT about starving, fasting, juicing, buying lots of supplements or eating boring meals. It's an easy way for you to learn tips on how to clean up your eating and learn to make better choices in your everyday life - helping you to feel the best you've ever felt!

Here's what you will get:

  • 6-Weeks of Incredible, Brand New Meal Plans : You can't outwork a bad diet. Any training program that doesn't come with a nutrition component will fail; that's why we built you a nutritional framework that's flexible and fits your lifestyle. We have laid out the plan for you; all you have to do is follow it and the results will follow! 
  • Recipe Book: This is NOT A DIET- it's a NEW WAY OF EATING. Our recipe book is full of great tasting recipes, including smoothies, protein shakes, seafood, beef, chicken, soups and so much more. Clean eating does not have to be dull and boring! 
  • Weekly Grocery Lists: What is Ezekial Bread? Brown or white rice? So many questions! We've taken the guess work out of grocery shopping and included a weekly grocery list of "clean eating approved" foods. For once you can get in and out of the store with confidence in your selections! 
  • Private Facebook Page: A place to check in with other challengers and get tips and inspiration along the way. 
  • Body Composition AnalysisFor this challenge, we have the opportunity to perform a body composition analysis that goes more in depth than simply weighing and taking measurements. The InBody Composition Analyzer can provide you with your body mass index, body fat percentage, weight, and lean mass you have in each body segments in less that 15 seconds.
  • Accountability = Change: We know that making a healthy lifestyle change is challenging, and some days are harder than others. That's why we've included our most inspirational pieces that keep us going when the day is hard. We help you remember that success is right around the corner. 
  • Accountability Checks: Our personal trainers will give you expert coaching and leadership. We start and end with a body composition analysis, and we do extensive accountability checkups thorughout the 6 weeks. We believe this is one reason our clients are so successful! When you know that you are accountable to your trainer, sneaking that Oreo cookiw or missing a workout becomes less desireable.
  • Gym + Fitness Classes Access: Unlimited access to our ym and unlimited number of group fitness classes!
  • And finally.... Prizes: Who doesn't like getting rewards along the way?! We like to celebrate your progress with fun and encouraging prizes throughout the challenge. Just another way that we make this journey fun for you.

What is the Cost?  Your fee is a 1-time payment of $100

Who is the Challenge for?  Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. We will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. We will help you set your achievable, realistic goals for this fall.

What If I Have A Rotating Schedule and Can’t Make It To the Kick-Off Session?  We understand life happens and maybe it's more than just your work schedule changing weekly... this is no problem! Just be sure to let us know and we will sit down with our calendars and plug you in when it works for both of our schedules.

What Will Be Required Of Me?  During the 6 weeks you will be encouraged to follow our “Fall Clean-Up Meal Plan” and workout 3 times a week either at our Cinic or in the privacy of your home.

I Don't Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose; Can I Still Do The Challenge?  Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and others just want the extra accountability and family environment at The Smith Clinic.

What Are The Workouts Like?  We focus on movement quality, strength and lots of activity with little rest. Don't worry the workout is customized to YOUR ability, so each person has their OWN individually designed program for THEIR body and THEIR particular needs
