There are a myriad of choices for designs today to replace a communications link with a wireless solution.  While it is attractive to use a “pre-certified” module, this doesn’t mean that you can get away with not looking at the RF signal.  The good news is that there are affordable solutions that allow you to easily characterize your RF interface.

In this one hour session we will go through the three basic levels of troubleshooting embedded wireless modules.  We will discuss the practical aspects of RF measurements and provide an overview of tools and measurements needed to successfully integrate a wireless solution.
