Differentiating Instruction to Meet the Needs of Diverse Learners
Participants will learn the differences between adaptations, modifications and accommodations and their effective use. Need new strategies on how to meet a diverse set of learner's needs in your classroom? Ever feel like you are modifying on the fly and wish you were able to proactively plan so you could spend more time engaged in teaching and less time putting out fires? Then this workshop is for you!

Founded in 1976, the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin is part of the nation's leading grassroots autism organization working to improve the lives of all affected by autism. The Autism Society does this through increasing public awareness about the issues faced by people on the spectrum, advocating for appropriate services for individuals acress the lifespan, and providing the latest information regarding treatment, education, research, and advocacy. The Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin serves as the primary autism spectrum disorder resource for Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Dodge, Jefferson, Ozaukee, Walworth, and Washington counties and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
