Parenting Series: Don't Worry Be 'Appy

Our Presenter:

Susan Stokes, M.A., CCC-SLP has specialized in the area of autism spectrum disorder as both a speech/language pathologist and autism consultant for 25 years. She has presented at many state and national workshops/conferences and frequently provides training on visual supports, assistive technology and all related aspects of ASD to various groups across the country.

Description: Are you stressed and anxious at the thought of using iPads, iPods, and iPhones to support individuals with ASD? Essential accessories such as cases, speakers, access, and more, can create much confusion. Not to mention, sorting out the  650,000+ apps that are available. If so...then this session is for you! We will work through these "issues" leaving participants feeling relaxed, regulated, and ready to put into place these high tech systems for individuals with ASD.

Light refreshments will be served. Child care is not available.
