CFJ Class Membership

Thank you for your interest in the CFJ Class.  Whether you are new to the class or a returning member please click the Register Now link below to join the Class for the 2014-15 season.  Class email news letters will be distributed based on the information you provide.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the class is due annually by July 1.  The fee is $15 per person and either the skipper or the crew must be a member of the Class to compete in Class sanctioned events.

NEW BOAT MEASUREMENT
A CFJ must be measured and comply with the class rules to compete in Class sanctioned events.  A measurement fee will apply to each boat the first time the boat is measured by the Class Measurer.  The measurement fee must be paid prior to or at the time of measurement.

Measurement information is kept on file with the Class Secretary and a list of class legal CFJs is available on the CFJ Class website. 

USED BOATS
When a previously measured boat is sold the new owner must notify the Class Secretary.  A fee applies to all transfers and a measurement certificate will be issued to the new owner.  Some used boats may not have been measured by the class and will need to be measured like a new boat.
