MATTO Seminar on April 26 2017: “University Patent Enforcement”
The seminar panel will discuss how to discover and encourage compliance if licensees are delinquent in asserting against companies that are infringing. The panel will also discuss how to identify and encourage companies that are deliberately or unknowingly practicing university patents to license these patents.
