NERA 2015 ~ Teaching Literacy: A Time to Reflect, Refresh, and Recharge 

We thank you for your interest in our upcoming conference! The 2014-2015 school year has brought us all some exhausting challenges- new tests, new evaluations, and not to mention unprecedented weather issues!  NERA is happy to invite you to join with the NERA community for an opportunity to reflect, refresh, and recharge your professional energies and expertise with other literacy educators.  

This year we are offering longer, more focused sessions with outstanding and nationally renowned featured presenters including:  Kylene Beers & Robert Probst, Nancy Boyles, Penny Kittle & Linda Rief, Tammy Landrigan & Clare Mulligan, and Barry Lane.  

On Friday Evening you are invited to join with colleagues and other literacy educators and these nationally acclaimed speakers for an evening of networking and conversation at the NERA Cafe. On Saturday, May 30th, attend focused content sessions on the topic of your choice and participate in roundtable discussions. As always, meals and membership are included in the registration fee. Exhibits with the latest in instructional materials, professional books, and award-winning childen's books will be available throughout the conference. Held this year at the Springfield Marriott- Springfield, Massachusetts.
