CMDTRA Horsemanship Weekend 2018

CMDTRA is excited to host a fun filled weekend dedicated to promoting horsemanship, Competitive Trail, and trail riding at the club. Activities can include: (Some require separate fee) Trail Rides, NATRC Introduction Clinic, Cowboy Dressage Clinic, Camping, BBQ Pot Luck, and Swimming.

Event Information: 

There are both free and paid options for this weekend. The Weekend itself is free to those who register. The trail rides and Saturday BBQ and Pot Luck are included in the free registration. 

Then choose the paid activities you would like to participate in. There area a limited number of spots for participation in the Cowboy Dressage clinic, so if you are interested please register right away. You can also Audit the clinic. There is seating around the areana and you can view the clinic without direct participation for only $25. Interested in learning about Competitive Trail Riding? Register for the Introductory Competitive Trail Ride Clinic, $25, $15 for CMDTRA Members.

Camping: 

We welcome particpants to camp. 

CMDTRA members can bring their horse to camp - $2.00/night per horse. People camping is free to members. 

Non Members - $20 fpr one horse and one rider, $20 for each additional horse per night. 

Liability Waivers required for participation.

9am - 4pm Cowboy Dressage Clinic with Susan Dockter (Participation or Auditing requires registration and entry fee.)

 4pm - 6pm Optional Trail Ride

6pm BBQ Pot Luck Dinner - DEHA providing meat 

Saturday Night Camping

9am - 2pm Introductory Competitive Trail Ride Clinic - With or without Horse (requires regisration and entry fee)

9-11 presentation

12-2pm Trail Ride
