Guest Registration FSFOA November 2015 Conference 

Dear Members and Collegues:

This registration process was created specifically for family members and friends you would like to bring to the November 2015 FSFOA Conference.   You must also complete the Conference Registration process so that you can attend the conference.  This separate registration is used only for guests and allows you to use a personal credit card to pay for their registration. 

All attendees and their guests must complete the online registration (there will be no paper registration form for this conference) and pay their registration no later than October 19, 2015  to avoid a $50 late fee.   Registration costs have changed for the 2015 fall conference:

               Guests - Adult (Each)                                             $   100

               Guests – Children 12 & Under (Each)                    $   30

               Late Registration                                                     $   50
