Guest Registration FSFOA June 2015 Conference 

Dear Members and Collegues:

This registration process was created specifically for family members and friends you would like to bring to the June 2015 FSFOA Conference.   You must also complete the Conference Registration process so that you can attend the conference.  This separate registration is used only for guests and allows you to use a personal credit card to pay for their registration. 

All attendees and their guests must complete the online registration (there will be no paper registration form for this conference) and pay their registration no later than May 26, 2015  to avoid a $50 late fee.   Registration costs remain the same for the 2015 summer conference:

               Guests - Adult (Each)                                              $   75

               Guests – Children 12 & Under (Each)                $   25

               Guests- Family                                                        $ 100

               Late Registration                                                     $   50
