Dear Members and Colleagues:

Greetings!  It is time to register for the Summer 2015 FSFOA Conference!  A preliminary agenda is available on the FSFOA website.  Your directors and officers are busy confirming speakers to provide you with useful updates and informative sessions.  Please note that there are two registration processes; one for the conference attendees and one for guests.  The separate guest registration process allows you to pay for your guests with a personal credit card.  All attendees and guests must complete the online registration (there will be no paper registration form for this conference) and pay their registration no later than May 26, 2015 to avoid a $50 late fee.  Registration costs are as follows:

The registration process has been expanded to include an indication of which mini-sessions you plan to attend. This will allow us to ensure there is adequate seating for each session. The most recent version of the agenda is available online at:

This year's June Conference will be held at the historic Don CeSar resort on St. Pete Beach.  If you have a chance to look up any details on the history of this site it would be well worth your time.  The conference will be different this June from past conferences in that it will begin on Monday and end on Thursday.  In addition, our usual Thursday evening activity has been moved to Tuesday for this conference.  We have made arrangements to return to Tropicana Field for that night’s baseball game between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Washington Nationals.  The field is not very far from the hotel so getting to and from the venue should be very easy.  For those of you that would like to bring guests to the baseball game, a guest registration for the conference is required.

 

 Registration fees have not changed for this conference. The standard room rate is $154 with an additional $5 per night for self-parking.  There is also a $10 per night resort fee that includes wireless internet, two bottled waters daily, 24-hour access to the fitness center, daily yoga and aerobics classes, half-day access to Camp CeSar for kids 4-12, and other amenities.  You may also make reservations for three days prior and three days after the conference at the conference rate.  When you call 800-235-6397 for reservations, mention the code “FLO615” for our rates.  The deadline for hotel reservations and registration is May 15.
