Overview
The purpose of this program is to prepare chiropractors (and thiose in training) to utilize static and dynamic palpation assessments for not only the shoulder complex but the cervical & thoracic spine regions and surrounding soft tissues. Posture and functional testing will be taught as part of a thorough examination. Emphasis will be placed on the interpretation of the assessment findings and how to correlate this information with other historical and examination data. Treatment options in the form of diversified adjustive procedures and rehabilitation methods of the cervicothoracic area and shoulder complex will be discussed and demonstrated. This program will help chiropractors be more effective and efficient in the management of shoulder dysfunction with their patients.
