Please join us for our Annual PC4/PAC3 Meeting
This year’s meeting will focus on how best to collect data and use the data at both a national and local level. We anticipate it will be a fun, engaging and productive meeting as PC4 and PAC3 participants come together to learn from one another, review progress, and set scientific and quality improvement agendas for the coming year. In addition each collaborative will also focus on advancing their respective projects and committee work, as well as training their data collection teams. It will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with the PC4/PAC3 family!
