Summer 2019 - 8-12 Vet Camp (Session C)
July 29th - August 2nd
Join us for Vets in Training Camp at The Texas Zoo. Each week of Vets in training, we will discover what life of a veterinarian is really like! Campers will assist in physical exams, mock surgeries, ethograms and at the end of each week they will have the chance to dissect a different specimen. In addition, campers will also have daily lessons on why veterinarians are important in the zoological world. Each day will be a unique undertaking and full of fun.
Price:
General Public: $225
Passholders: $200 Passholders should have received an access code via email. If you did not receive this code, please email education@texaszoo.org or call (361) 573-7681
Additonal Charges:
For the first time ever, The Texas Zoo is offering After Care. This extra fee of $50/camper will allow your camper to stay at the zoo an extra hour so they can be picked up at 5PM.
1 camp shirt is included in your registration fee, but extras can be purchased at $12/shirt.
