14th Annual
2014 Seafood Extravaganza
presented by Rouses Markets
Dear Colonel Supporter
Do you want to have a fun filled night of fresh seafood, cold drinks, music, an auction and a whole lot more fun? I have the perfect event for you.
It’s the Seafood Extravaganza presented by Rouses Markets, which will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2013 in the Cotillion Ballroom in the Bollinger Memorial Student Union at Nicholls State University. The party will begin with an open bar and silent auction at 6 pm, with the seafood being served at 7 pm, and ending with a live auction beginning at 8:00 pm.
Dinner features shrimp, crabs, crawfish and lobster (one per person). As always soft drinks, water, beer and wine will be provided free of charge. Music will be provided by DJ Cinco De Mike Gros. You can get all of this for the cost of $100 per person. A corporate table of 10 can be purchased for only $900. VIP seating with our coaches is available for $1,200 per table.
Who wouldn’t want the privilege to be known as the “The King Crab”, “The Colonel Crawfish” or “The Jumbo Shrimp” by purchasing a sponsored table? Treat your employees, family or friends to an evening of fun while generating advertisement for your business at the biggest event for the Colonel Athletic Association. For your convenience, a flyer is enclosed describing the details of the event along with a payment form for you to fill out and return by May 22, 2013.
As expenses continue to increase each year, the Nicholls athletics department must generate additional financial support to remain competitive. It is through your generosity and continued support that we are able to function on a competitive level. Your financial contributions help us offer talented student-athletes scholarships from all across the world, which helps alleviate the financial burden of attending college. It is also vitally important for our student-athletes to see you in the stands cheering them on throughout their college careers.
