Mix it up – literally! – with NIRI’s Rocky Mountain Chapter on November 12 as professional chefs from the Gourmet Spoon teach "A Taste of the Southwest."
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn cooking technique and cooking tips from professional chefs while networking with peers. The evening will also feature a salsa competition, where groups of attendees will create their own custom salsa, to be judged by one of the Gourmet Spoon's professional chefs. The evening will culminate with a sit-down dinner featuring the very menu taught by these professional chefs.
