  • How may we de-code body language and verbal queues to identify a person’s personality type?
  • How do we use that knowledge to optimally work and negotiate with each personality type?

Jan Hargrave presented “Strictly Business Body Language” to a rapt audience of Rocky Mountain NIRI members and guests in 2012. She returns to Denver in March 2014 with a follow-on program designed to help us identify and understand the four basic personality types, then use that knowledge to successfully speak to and work with people of each type. We will learn the strengths and weaknesses of each personality type and acknowledge their individual type of participation/role as a team player. Jan will also teach us key words one might use to best motivate specific personality types.

You are invited: bring your curiosity and questions, and learn what your body is communicating to those around you! Attendees will have the opportunity to take a short quiz to identify their personality type.

Presenters:   Jan Latiolais Hargrave - CEO, Jan Hargrave & Associates
