Vendor Information for the
Gulf Coast Crop-n-Shop Weekend
 

We are so excited about this crop!!!  We hope you decide to join us as a vendor, we know it will be a great turn out!

Fee: The vendor fee is $120.00. The venue can hold a minimum of 60 croppers, which we hope to fill.  We also advertise the crop as a shopping event, and encourage walk-in traffic. We do not charge shoppers to come in to shop or take classes. We will be hosting this crop twice per year at this location. *If you have something we can add to the door prize table, we would greatly appreciate it!! It's great advertising for you as well.

Spaces: Spaces will be approx. 10' each. One table and chair will be provided with each booth. We will have to stick to the 10x10 booth space so that we can fit everything. If you think you need more space, we suggest purchasing additional booth spaces. You will need to bring tablecloths, and if you need them, extension cords.

Classes/Workshops: We have decided to treat the classes and vending booths as 2 seperate things, so if you are interested in teaching a class let us know. Thanks!

Rules: Exhibitors are fully responsible for the care, safety and security of their own works and property. Scraphappy assumes no responsiblity of liability for damages, loss or theft of works or property. The use of hazardous chemicals is prohibited. Use of loose glitter or sprinkling glitter or a similar product on your display is not allowed. Vendors must keep their items within their assigned space. Vendors are required to attend their booths at all times and must be polite and professional to all. Vendors are not allowed to leave before the end of event.

Publicity: Scraphappy provides publicity through the distribution of flyers, mailers and advertising in local publications - in print and online. Our advertising for specific events will includes a list of participating vendors. We would appreciate it if you helped to spread the word about the crop, the more people we have, the more shoppers you will have! We will promote your pages on Facebook, and would love it if you guys did the same! Just think, if everyone got just five customers to visit, times 12 vendors, that would be sixty extra customers, 55 of whom you havent met!! Feel free to bring promotional flyers, etc, to be placed at each scrappers' table. We will also assist you if you'd like to do any contests, etc at your booths.

General: Restrooms will be available at our location. No refunds or space changes. Spaces are reserved on a first come basis as applications received. We will only accept one of each of the home businesses. We reserve the right to accept or deny applications and to set-up booth assignments in the best manner we see fit. Payment will be refunded if vendor not accepted. Each vendor will be responsible for collecting sales tax from their sales made during the convention. Please leave your booth area reasonably cleaned afterwards. :)

Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations. For any reason, thanks for understanding.

Set-up: You may set up your booths on Thursday, Oct 8th, from 1 pm-5 pm. They will ask us to leave promptly at 5. We will be in Friday morning at 730 am. If you think you may need more time than that, please get with us in advance. We need all vendors to be set up by Friday mid-morning.
